Terms and Conditions:  1) You must take into account that these are not simple pieces of pottery, but rather tangible expressions of thousands of years of art of an ancestral culture. 2) We have a limited production schedule because everything is hand-made.  It can take from one week to 12 weeks for delivery.  Please be patient. 3) All pieces are unique and entirely made by hand with the vicus technique developed over 600 years ago. 4) Each piece is an original and "Barro en mis Manos" owns all designs. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited unless permission is granted in writing by Unique Creations International, Inc. 5) The materials used are of the finest quality in this part of the world. 6) All prices are in U.S. Dollars. 7) All orders must be prepaid before shipping can commence. Guarantee and Return Policy: If, for any reason you are not satisfied with the work of art you purchased from Unique Creations International, Inc., send it back to us for a complete refund (not including shipping and handling) within 30 days.  Your order is guaranteed to be delivered to your address in good condition.  If your order is damaged in shipping, send the pieces back and we will send you a new piece of art - free of charge - with a refund check reimbursing you for the shipping cost of shipping the broken pieces back to us.    Privacy Policy: Any information we receive from you ends here.  We do not sell, give, or trade your name to any person or business.  All information pertaining to your credit card or business information gets transmitted on secure lines.   We will only communicate with you by email (or other forms) if you initiate the the communication and request us to respond.  We don't spam our customers with email advertising for our products:  Our customers know fine art and find us.
